On October 1, the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) announced the arrest of a 16-year old male in a robbery that happened at 14th and Newton Streets, NE, on June 30. The location is 4 blocks east of campus.

- Assault: 700 bl. Monroe St., NE. 39-year old Richard Dean was arrested and charged with Simple Assault (11:15 p.m.)
- Fleeing Law Enforcement: Monroe St., NE, and 7th St., NE. 18-year old Kemonte Coleman and 19-year old Ricardo Johnson were both arrested and charged with Fleeing Law Enforcement (3:30 p.m.)
